Overview

RivalsFPS provides a free, community-built web utility and a downloadable desktop utility for optimizing Marvel Rivals configurations. We are not affiliated with Marvel, NetEase Games, or the Marvel Rivals development team. This policy explains how information is handled across our website and desktop client applications.

Website Performance & Data

The web-based config tool runs entirely inside your browser sandbox. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or preference selections made on the site. Your hardware choices never leave your local browser session.

Desktop Application & Installer

Our downloadable desktop application is designed purely to automate and maintain your optimized configuration settings locally on your computer.

• Local Access & AppData Storage: The application scans local storage directories strictly to locate your Marvel Rivals game installation path, apply configuration modifications, and toggle the required signature bypass. To handle self-updates cleanly without requiring constant manual redownloads, the app creates a localized directory within your system's AppData folder to store application binaries, preferences, and version manifests.
• Auto-Update Connectivity: When launched, the application securely queries the public GitHub Releases API to check if a newer version of the optimization engine is available. This network connection is completely anonymous, transmits zero user telemetry or system specifications, and is used solely to download the updated binary payload.
• No Telemetry / Harvesting: Aside from the automated update check, the application features no usage analytics, tracking tracking hooks, or background spyware engines. Your system files and config settings remain strictly on your local hardware.

Cookies

We do not use tracking or analytical cookies. If third-party advertising infrastructure (such as Google AdSense) is introduced in the future to keep server hosting sustainable, those networks may deploy cookies to deliver relevant ads. This document will update dynamically before those integrations go live.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy alongside future development updates to the application architecture or website backend. Any major modifications regarding execution rights or distribution tracking parameters will be explicitly disclosed here.
