RivalsFPS provides a free, community-built web service and downloadable desktop client application for managing and optimizing Marvel Rivals configuration profiles. By accessing our website or downloading, installing, and executing our desktop software, you agree to these Terms of Service. We are completely unaffiliated with Marvel, NetEase Games, or the Marvel Rivals development team.
RivalsFPS web utilities and downloadable desktop application payloads are provided solely for personal, non-commercial optimization use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to run the desktop client to manage your local game configurations. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or claim proprietary ownership over the application code, assets, or installer scripts.
By installing the desktop utility, you acknowledge and
permit the software to modify local client files, create
isolated directories within your local AppData path, and execute background network handshake queries via public
GitHub APIs to facilitate automated software updates.
The web tools and desktop executable application are provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees that the software or signature bypass hooks will function without error, remain compatible with future game updates, fix performance metrics, or preserve localized game client stability.
Modifying game configurations and applying signature bypass routines carries inherent risks regarding third-party video game anti-cheat systems. NetEase Games or Marvel Rivals developers may alter their telemetry parameters, enforcement behaviors, or Terms of Service constraints at any time. It remains your exclusive responsibility to ensure your local game files comply with active end-user license agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RivalsFPS and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, hardware component instability, operational system errors, corrupted local game installations, data loss, in-game account suspensions, temporary matchmaking restrictions, or permanent game bans resulting from the use or performance of our website or desktop utility. You assume 100% of all software execution risks.
All custom site engineering layouts, structural formatting, and standalone platform code belong to RivalsFPS. Marvel Rivals, Marvel, NetEase Games, and all associated artistic trademarks or assets belong exclusively to their respective owners. No proprietary assertions are made over external gaming properties.
We reserve the right to revise these terms to align with feature iterations or client structural overhauls. Continued engagement with our web infrastructure or keeping the desktop updater active following amendments represents mandatory compliance with our updated conditions.
