A free Windows launcher for Marvel Rivals that changes how the game looks and how it runs. It manages every mod in your game folder, installs skins, builds graphic packs on your own PC, replaces hitsounds, color grades the game through ReShade, and applies 14 Windows optimizations. Its Quality tab can also trade texture quality for FPS through the NVIDIA driver, which needs an NVIDIA graphics card. It works with Steam, Epic Games, and Loading Bay.
Yes. RIVALSFPS.GG is a free, community-made tool. There is no account and no payment. Download the installer from the official release and you have everything.
It is not a cheat. It does not read or write the game's memory, and it does not aim or see for you. It installs files, the same files you could drop in by hand. Mods are still mods, though: NetEase's published rules put third-party modification, graphic packs included, in a prohibited category, so the risk is real and it is yours to take. What the app does is not make modding safe, it is tell you which parts are risky and hand you the off switch. Mods known to get players kicked carry a Flagged badge with the reason and a support code, one click removes them, and the same check runs again when you press Launch, so a flagged mod is caught before the game starts rather than after. Skins and graphic packs are built on your PC from your own game files and are client side only, so other players see the defaults. Color Correction has been tested in game and does not trip Marvel Rivals' modification warning, and pressing End switches the effect off instantly mid-match. Anything you turn on comes back off from Settings with Revert All Changes.
The app only does the file work you would otherwise do by hand: paks into the game's ~mods folder, the signature bypass into its Binaries folder. Its file operations are constrained to specific folders inside your Marvel Rivals install, anything outside them is rejected, and it refuses to make changes while the game is running. Nothing it does on its own touches a mod you installed: its automatic cleanup only removes paks it put there itself, and a third-party mod is only ever deleted when you press delete on it in the Mod Manager. Graphic packs and custom packs are compiled on your PC from your own game files, so nothing is downloaded to install one. Some antivirus engines flag unsigned game tools as a generic threat; that is a heuristic false positive.
Because the app is unsigned. SmartScreen checks a file's download reputation, not its contents, and apps without a paid code-signing certificate get flagged until enough people have downloaded them. Click More info, then Run anyway.
Steam, Epic Games, and Loading Bay (NetEase). The app detects which launcher your copy uses, and you can browse to the game folder manually if your install is non-standard.
A required component that lets the game load mods, graphic packs, skins and sound mods. Nothing loads without it. It is built into the app and installs in one click, with no separate download. It is DeathChaos's work, redistributed with permission.
A tab that lists every mod in the game's ~mods folder, including ones you installed yourself. Each mod has a switch that unloads it without deleting the files, and the app reads every enabled mod's file list so it can warn you when two of them contain the same game asset, naming both the mods and the assets. Mods known to get players kicked are badged Flagged with the reason and a support code, and one click removes them. You can import from .pak, .zip, .7z or .rar or drop files on the window, search and filter, rename, and delete a mod outright when you want it gone.
A graphic pack replaces the game's map and environment textures with simpler, faster ones, so the game draws less and you get frames back. You are trading visual detail for those frames, which is what the Competitive layer preset is for. There are colorways such as Amethyst Dawn, Black Crimson and Competitive Gray plus Quake-style environment packs, and one runs at a time. Above the library sit six layer selects covering foliage style, foliage resolution, visual effects, characters, decals and shadows, each with a Default, Competitive, Balanced or Pretty preset; they stage as a draft and go on together when you press Apply. Every pack is built on your PC from your own game files, so there is nothing to download, and how much you gain depends on your hardware and on which pack and layers you pick. The Quality tab is a separate lever that works through the NVIDIA driver rather than the game's textures, so on an NVIDIA card you can run both.
Yes, that is the Custom Pack builder. Give it a name, then pick a tone ramp of two to five color stops, darkest first. Every texture keeps its own brightness and takes the color at that point on the ramp, so it is a luminance-preserving recolor rather than a hue shift or a straight replacement. Two identical stops give the flat single-color look the Quake bases are built on. A gamma slider bends where the mid-tones land, terrain can be recolored, forced to one color, or left alone, and foliage tint is either a color or none. It builds on your PC from your own game files, joins your library beside the shipped packs, and stays editable from the gear on its row.
Quality Settings trades texture quality for FPS by writing the NVIDIA driver's own per-game profile for Marvel Rivals. It needs an NVIDIA graphics card. No game files are touched and nothing else on your PC changes, so there is nothing for the game's modification check to see. On AMD and Intel the tab still opens and says why it cannot work there: AMD's driver has no equivalent for DirectX 12 games, so in-game low settings plus FSR remain the better route. Three tiers ship, biggest gain first: Ultra Potato, Potato and Standard. You arm one in the tab, the app writes it when you press Launch, and it is put back when the game closes, so starting the game any other way runs stock. In our own benchmarks the gain was moderate, around 3% more FPS on a high-end card with Ultra Potato. Cards with less VRAM and lower-end GPUs typically gain more, and most of it shows up in 1% lows, meaning less stutter, rather than in headline FPS. Ultra Potato can turn some floors invisible on a few maps and Potato leaves a few slightly raised, both cosmetic. Standard keeps every map intact. These are driver presets, not files installed into the game.
It files character skin mods under the hero they replace, resolved down to the exact costume slot, so a mod reads as the hero and outfit it takes over rather than as a filename. There is a roster rail of hero portraits, search, import and delete, and a 3D viewer that renders the mod's actual mesh, extracted from your own game files. Skins are additive: run as many as you like at once, one per costume slot, and the app spots two of them claiming the same slot and resolves it in one click. It is client side only, so other players still see the default skin.
Color Correction is the app's color grading: vibrance, contrast, midtones and black level, with Default, Soft, Vivid and Bold presets and a per-channel vibrance balance if you want to go further. There is a live preview on a real game frame that needs nothing installed and downloads nothing, and pressing and holding it shows the untouched frame to compare against. You can try that same previewer in your browser at /reshade. It runs the identical shader text the .fx file runs in game, so what you set is what you get in a match. In game it works through ReShade, which is free and open source. The app never bundles or hosts it: it links crosire's own installer at reshade.me, finds the downloaded file in your Downloads folder, and runs the setup already pointed at the game. It has been tested in game and does not trip Marvel Rivals' modification warning, pressing End switches the effect off instantly, and turning it off in the app renames the proxy DLL so ReShade never loads.
No, we do not provide the no shake mod.
It shares usage stats by default. They are pseudonymous rather than anonymous: a hashed device ID rides along so devices can be counted, but your name, email, game account, file paths and filenames never do. You can turn sharing off any time in Settings under Analytics, which stops the description of how you use the app. It does not stop every transmission: a device check-in and failure reports carry on, and the Privacy page sets out exactly what those contain. Discord Rich Presence is on by default too, and it only ever shows Playing Marvel Rivals or In app, never a mod, a pak or a setting. That is switchable off as well.
Graphic packs, skins, sound mods and anything you import go into the game's ~mods folder, and the signature bypass into its Binaries folder. Color Correction puts a ReShade proxy DLL beside the game executable. Features you turn on yourself can go further: Windows Optimizations change registry and power settings, a Quality preset writes the NVIDIA driver's per-game profile for Marvel Rivals while you play and puts it back when the game closes, Stretched Resolution sets a display mode while the game runs, and the HD Texture Pack toggle edits Steam's manifest. Everything is reversible from inside the app.
Open Settings and use Revert All Changes. It puts Marvel Rivals back the way it was, undoing the packs the app installed itself, the signature bypass, the Color Correction proxy, the Windows Optimizations, and the display and launch extras, and it leaves mods you installed yourself alone. A Quality preset needs no undoing: the NVIDIA driver profile is put back the moment the game closes. The game has to be closed first, and a few of the Windows tweaks need a restart to finish backing out.
Windows 10 or 11 and a copy of Marvel Rivals. It is a Windows-only desktop app. There is no macOS, Linux, or console version. Any graphics card runs the app; only the Quality tab needs an NVIDIA one.
